Claire Junior School is committed to providing quality education at affordable and transparent fees, ensuring every child has access to excellent learning opportunities. Our fee structure is designed to offer exceptional value while supporting high standards of teaching, care, and learning resources.

School Fees Policy & Payment Guidelines

Our school fees policy promotes timely and transparent payments, helping to ensure uninterrupted learning and the smooth operation of school programmes throughout the academic year. See guide below:

  • All school fees must be paid in full before or at the beginning of each term.
  • Pupils whose fees are outstanding by the end of Week 2 may be sent home until fees are cleared.
  • Parents experiencing financial difficulty should speak confidentially with the Head Teacher to arrange a payment plan.
  • No refunds will be made for voluntary withdrawal mid-term unless under exceptional circumstances.
  • All fee structures are reviewed annually and parents will be given adequate notice of any changes.
  • Fees paid for one term cannot be carried over to the next term without prior written agreement.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Mobile Money: MTN MoMo (To be provided very soon).

  • Bank Deposit / Transfer: (To be provided very soon).
  • Cash payments: Accepted at the school Accounts Office during working hours.
Note: Parents are strongly advised to keep all payment receipts and to notify the Accounts Office after every payment. School fees paid by mobile money should be confirmed with a screenshot sent to the school contacts.

Note: School fees are reviewed periodically and may vary from term to term in accordance with the school’s operational requirements and the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) guidelines.
