Admissions are open throughout the year for our Nursery/Kindergarten and Primary sections (P.1–P.7), subject to the availability of places.

Interview / Assessment Information

To ensure every child is placed in the most appropriate class, all prospective pupils from Primary One (P.1) and above are required to attend a brief assessment. The assessment helps us understand each learner’s academic level, identify individual strengths, and provide any additional support needed for a successful start at Claire Junior School. Transfer Student Requirements

Claire Junior School warmly welcomes pupils transferring from other registered primary schools in Uganda. Our admissions team works closely with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition, helping every learner settle comfortably into our academic and school community.

In addition to the standard admission requirements, transfer applicants should provide the following:

Depending on the class level, the school may conduct a placement assessment to determine the learner’s academic readiness and ensure appropriate class placement. This enables us to provide the support needed for a successful transition and continued academic progress.
